Hello ! I'm a freelance artist and Live 2D animator.
I studied in an Animation School in France for 3 years and since 2021 i'm a full time artist.Skilled in the usage of:•Clip Studio Paint
•Toon Boom Harmony
•Photoshop
•Live2D Cubism

○ Terms of Service ○

1️⃣ GENERAL TERMS✦ I own the Artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, for example; Post it to other sites such as Twitch, Twitter and Pixiv. Or present it in future art books/ Portfolios etc. But always with proper credit to you!
✦ Commission slots are granted through sending me a message
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request
✦ You are not allowed to edit or resell the commission without my consent
✦ I forbid the use of my commissions for NFT
✦ I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place.
✦ You are free to print out the commission or even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale.2️⃣ PAYMENT✦ All payments are in euros, sent through Paypal or Bank transfer if you live in France.
✦ Illustration commissions can only be paid 100% upfront and I will not start working until I receive full payment.
✦ Payment plans are available for Live 2d commissions. They will be discussed via DMs.
✦ Payment must be made within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. If payment is not made in a timely manner, the commission will be canceled on the spot and you will be put back on the waiting list.3️⃣ CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY✦ I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY If I have not started working on the sketch.4️⃣ PROCESS✦ You may set a deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable. The maximum time I need to finish a digital commission could take up to 2 weeks to 2 months depending on how busy I am.
✦ You have up to 5 revisions during the sketch. If you need more revisions you will be pay extar fees.
✦ I will try to finish your commission between 1-4 weeks but it may take longer, it depends on my to-do list and motivation.
✦ I also need more time If I have any other commissions to do before yours.
✦ Check my Waiting List whenever you want for a status update.
✦ The maximum you'll have to wait for your commission is 6 months. ( in the worst case, which is not the usual but it may happen.)
✦ I'll always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
✦ I often stream the commission process on my Twitch channel - however, if your commission is considered as NSFW I cannot stream it! Tell me in advance if you want to keep it as a secret for your community.5️⃣ ABOUT COMMERCIAL USE✦ You will be charged by extra fees for it. Generally, it will be 60%-200% of the amount you ordered. Please, let me know in advance if you are going to use my work as a commercial use or not ! If you want to sell as merch or use it in some ways which need a payment, it's commercial usage.
